YES.This was said in PRESIDENT WASHINGTON fare well address which would prevent american getting in foreign affair which could divide the country and can cause war with outside countries
Those people are so fricken wrong when they come off with that I just laugh at them because if we don't keep up our relations with other country's then we won't have any allies to help us when we get into trouble and if we have no allies we would lose the war and we would lose our freedoms.
