I suppose your answer could be either A or D. D because Pilates is based around a lot of core strengthening exercises and includes back and hip exercises. A because it’s in the name and core strengthening is a lot of those exercises. But I believe core strengthening is focused more on your abs. So I’d lean more toward Pilates.
