f(x) = -5x - 5. You can get this by using the slope formula and then point-slope form. 

1. The slope of f(x) is steeper as that of g(x), but it is also negative whereas g (x) is positive.

2. The y intercept of g(x) is much greater than that of f(x) because 8>-5
