Absolute values result in just the positive version of the number on the inside.

This gives us:

6 + 3(4) + 5 - 0 x 6

PEMDAS tells us to multiply first so we do.

6 + 12 + 5 - 0. 

Now add like regular.

18 + 5 = 23.
