The jigsaw classroom technique
The Jigsaw classroom technique is
a teaching strategy that helps students to work together and rely on one
another by organizing student group work. This teaching method is effective for
giving students a greater sense of individual responsibility and for
accomplishing multiple tasks at once. Students are divided into groups, each
student within the group is given a major task and the students contribute
their role to the group’s overall efforts.
