The gravity on Venus is actually very similar to that of Earth, since they have nearly the same size and mass. I’m technicality, it’s is approximately 91% of Earth’s gravity.
Not sure if this is the entire question or just part of it, but, if you do the math:
91 * 0.35 = 31.85%
