Hi !

You juste have to find the maximum or minimum wich coordinates are : (α, β)
The equation of the axis of symmetry will be : x = α

[tex]y=x^2+4x-5\\\\\alpha=-\dfrac{b}{2a}=-\dfrac{4}{2}=-2\\\\[/tex]

You axis of symmetry is define by :
[tex]x=-2[/tex]
