Technology has impacted medicine in numerous ways. We are able to research and find diseases, viruses, bacteria and more. We are able to collect photos of the inside of the body using X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds. We are also now able to treat cancers with much earlier detections.
The most obvious way technology has changed healthcare is by providing new machines, medicines, and treatments that save lives and improve the chance of recovery for billions.
Not only do sophisticated medical practices help patients heal directly; new technology has also improved research so experts can make healthcare even more effective.
