I would say that the answer is false as the goal is actually to encourage girls to be "strong, smart and bold" not beautiful I presume because not all girls can be physically beautiful. This is a non-profit organization that promotes this goal through service and advocacy and appears to be for actual girls in age not as a term for women also.
