Soft tissue injuries could be anything that cushions, surrounds, connects, or supports an organ, or a ligament or tendon. They are not the most obvious, nor are they the most serious. There's are three grades to a soft tissue injury. Grade one only some fibers are torn and can function just like normal. Grade two many fibers are torn an the function of a join is compromised. Grade three all fibers are torn and the function of the joint is lost completely.
