(x+4)(x+4+1) = (x+1)(x+1+11)
(x+4)(x+5) = (x+1)(x+12)
x² + 5x + 4x + 20 = x² + 12x + x + 12
9x - 13x = 12 - 20
-4x = -8
4x = 8
x = 2
