3. Order this list from smallest to largest:
0.14,4%, 0.48, (1/5)

Well, 0.14* 100 = 14%. So, which is larger? 14% or 4%?

The same can be done with 0.48*100= 48% This is therefore,  the largest percent.

For (1/5) try multiplying the top and bottom numbers by 20 to get a fraction out of 100. (1/5)×(20/20)= (20/100) *100= 20%

Now, all the numbers are written as percentages. 4%, 14%, 20%, 48% is correct. now we just have to change back to the values that the problem gave you.
Smallest⇒LARGEST
Answer: 4%, 0.14, (1/5), 0.48

4. Order this list from smallest to largest:
0.46, 3%, (1/4), 0.14

Well, we have to follow the same process and convert all the numbers into the same format so that we can compare. We do not have to make them into percentages. For example, this time I will convert them all into decimals. So, that way you can see there are different ways to get the same answer.

0.46 = 0.46
3%= [tex] \frac{3}{100} [/tex] = 0.03
(1/4)*(25/25)= [tex] \frac{25}{100} [/tex]= 0.25
0.14=0.14

Now we can first order the decimals before converting back: 0.03, 0.14, 0.25, 0.46

Answer: 3%, 0.14, (1/4), 0.46

5. Order this list from smallest to largest:
(6/5), 58.9%, 1.77, 0.169

I am just going to use decimals because it is simple. 6 divided by 5 = 1.2
58.9%=0.589
1.77=1.77
0.169= 0.169

Order: 0.169, 0.589,1.2,1.77

Answer: 0.169, 58.9%, (6/5), 1.77
