24.99 × 5 ≈ 124.95 And your estimate should be $125

B. Sandy doesn't have enough money. She only has $115 and the games in total cost $124.95. 

C. My estimate is higher because I rounded up. 
B. She does NOT have enough money, because when you add 24.99 5 times you end up with it equalling 124.95, and Sandy only has 115. So she can't afford 5 video games.
