Fourteenth Amendment: Basically stating that anyone born in the US is in fact a United States citizen.

Fifteenth Amendment: Basically say's no matter what race or color you are allowed to vote (of course if your above the age of 18)

Really what it extends is the protection of the people and the plurality system of the electoral process in which candidate is to become president.

This is the text that is found in the 5th Amendment:

Basically, this means that no one can be forced to justify against oneself, tried for the same crime twice, or even be arrested for a felony before trial (unless directed by a Grand Jury).

You can see that the words are not so different in the 14th Amendment:

'all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws'.

But it does talk about how "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens" and "nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law"

Making this, the main difference between the two.
