Setting a goal for physical health would be something like being more active ( PLZ don't think I am trying to offend you).
Setting a goal for emotional health would be something like writing down 3 good things that happened to you and 3 bad things tat happened to you that day or setting aside 5-30 minutes for meditation.
Setting a goal for social wellness would be something like talking to your friends more in person Versus social media, making an effort to make a new friend, or to be friendlier to people you are typically not friendly too.
And a acedemic goal would be something like studying for 15 minutes a night on a subject your struggling with until you get your grade up to where you want it.
