Jada has 7/8 cup of cheese. Her cheese bread recipe calls for 1/6 cup of cheese. How many times can she make her recipe with the cheese she had?

Divide 7/8 cup by 1/6 cup.

Write 7/8.  Then invert 1/6 and multiply the result:

7     6
-- * --- = 42/8 = 5 2/8 = 5 1/4.  She can make her recipe 5 times and have a bit of cheese left over.
