Weak sustainability may involve unclear goals that are unattainable or impossible to achieve to the average person. Strong sustainability should be realistic, measurable and attainable. Policy makers should be clear and precise with the expectations. Clear and precise policy would allow the policy maker a better understanding of their workforce and the ability to measure true success.
