I would say A, C, and D.
A to make sure you don't get confused and that you understand everything.
C to make sure you hear and understand what is being said.
D to have reference in case you forget something.
I think B is a little far fetched unless you either write quickly or they speak slowly. otherwise you are not going to get every word written down.
