Some Sociologist who are critical of racial classification argue that dividing humanity into racial categories amounts to a strategy that Allows some people to dominate others.
For example, during the 1960's , people in south africa are divided into white skinned and black skinned and only the white skinned people allowed to be in the government. This of course, created an opportunity for the white racial group to create various policies that only beneficial to their racial group.
