A dependent clause is the one that depends on. It depends on whatever is left of the sentence to express it. A needy statement is a gathering of words with a subject and a verb. It doesn't express a total idea so it is not a sentence and can't remain solitary. These conditions incorporate qualifier provisions, descriptor statements, and thing provisos.
