In Griswold v. Connecticut, justice Goldberg based his concurring opinion on A. the protection granted by the Constitution. 
The Constitution is there to defend anyone's right to privacy, which could be applied here as well. The case has to do with birth control, because Griswold opened a clinic for planned parenthood where she would advise women on the use of contraceptives, which was forbidden at the time.
