What is it about Juliet that should have told Romeo that she was not dead?

Her appearance; Romeo notices that she does not look dead. He makes a remark on that. 
well she just took something that made her fall asleep but would wake her up soon so she just pretended to die so her family will let her love him because their family's hate each other
