Why is it important that parents talk to their children about social issues such as divorce, finances, and unemployment? How can parents talk about difficult topics?
It's important because at one point or another we all go through at least 1, if not all, of these issues. We need to know that they are real and they can happen to us. These things also touch people close to us more often than we may think.
