That is fractional, it can not be represented as a whole number, though it can be represented as an improper or mixed fraction because it is a rational number.
well because it is a fraction you would have to round up and that would give you just 6 because 9 changes 2 to 3 but 3 is not big enough to change 6 to 7.. hah sorry I'm not very well at explaining! good luck, have a good day!
