Standard Precautions are intended to prevent the transmission of common infectious agents to healthcare personnel, visitors, and who else in healthcare settings?

Respuesta :

and also the patient

The most logical answer would seem to be the patient. Standard precautions are in place to prevent the spread and contamination of germs, bacteria and viruses to everyone that sets foot in that healthcare setting, so anyone who works there, anyone who visits and anyone who is a patient. Everyone should be protected.
