In order to keep your heart healthy is to:
1. Eat Healthy
2.Get active 
3.Stay at a healthy weight 
4.Quit smoking 
5. If you drink alcohol, only drink in moderation  
6. And manage stress/ be less stressful
7. And get good amount of sleeping hours
