The holder of a license for the registration of a private club is authorized to serve alcoholic drinks to all its members and their guests, so the guests do not have to be members, but are invited by a member of the club, whereby only members can pay a beverage service in licensed premises.  In case a person orders a drink and turns out to be not a member of the club, the server is obliged to refuse the service.  If the server serves a drink, to a non-member, the club can be fined and/or completely shut-down.

If an individual orders an alcoholic beverage in a private club and is determined not to be a current member, the server should ask whether he is a guest or member.

The Rule for serving Members

In licensed premises, the law requires that only registered members can pay for beverages. However, if they bring a guest over, the guest can order while they pay for the beverage.

If a guest orders a beverage and does not want to be a member, the server should ask about his status and afterward decide to serve or not.
