Answer:
A. an atmosphere
C. motion of tectonic plates
Explanation:
The Moon is the natural satellite of Earth. It is a satellite that is abnormally large compared to the planet around which it circles, but also it has very small mass compared to its size. In public and in the education system it is still very common that the Moon is described as having no atmosphere, being in a vacuum state, and that an object can not have reflection on its surface because of it. Unlike the popular belief that the Moon doesn't have an atmosphere, it actually does, the things is that it is very poor with gasses and is relatively thin, so it is why its usually skipped in the descriptions. Its atmosphere is not like that of the Earth or the other planets, but nevertheless it is present, and it is composed primarily of potassium and sodium. The Moon also has a magnetic field, much weaker than that of the Earth though, and unlike the Earth's magnetic field which is dipolar, the Moon's magnetic field is not. Even though at present there is no volcanic activity on the Moon, it has not been the case in the distant past, as there is evidence about volcanic activity, lava flows, and the creation of igneous rocks by those lava flows, though they are relatively rare.
