The difference between a ""moderate"" and ""vigorous"" level of intensity can best be judged by the presence of rapid breathing when the exercise becomes more intense. True or false?.

Respuesta :

True

While exercising, our body works hard, and more oxygen is required while more Carbon Dioxide is produced in us. To co-operate with this demand of our body we breathe faster in order to supply enough oxygen to our body. The heart pumps faster in order to provide oxygen to the body faster.

The harder we work the intensity of our breathing increases. A normal person while resting breathes 15 times per minute and in an exercise, session breathing can go up to 40 to 60 times a minute according to the intensity of the exercise.
