When looking at the problems in big cities like Metro Manila, I tend to adopt a holistic view to identify the real cause of the issue.This is a situation where I adopted a holistic view in looking at a problem or situation.
Situation is the way something is positioned compared to its environment, or the repute of the circumstances, or the mixture of situations at a selected point in time. An instance of situation is a house down the street from a large tree. An example of scenario is having to decide among two jobs.
We distinguish 3 sorts of situations: simple conditions (basic situations introduced above), composite conditions (abstract situations that recur- sively consist of different situations) and usable situations or parameter conditions (equipped-to-use conditions, pre-designed and instantiated with commonplace parameters)
