The democratic leadership style is the one that gathers input from the subordinates. All the decisions are taken after group discussions. They follow the approach of taking input from all sides for better decision-making.
The Laissez-Faire leadership style is the one in which complete freedom is given to employees in decision-making without leader participation. The leaders are excellent at delegating tasks.
