The term "Rules of Conduct" refers to a list of a facility's rules or regulations that is kept to inform residents and others of the behavioural expectations of the behaviour management programme, about behaviours that are not permitted, and about the sanctions that may be used when impermissible behaviours occur. Rules of Conduct are the guidelines for behaviour that have been adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the RGRTA on Not Approved Yet and which govern behaviour on RGRTA transit vehicles, inside or on RGRTA properties, and in connection with the provision of public transportation services by the RGRTA. Unless otherwise stated in this definition, Articles I through III together shall be included.
