The reason that Adult Educators believe that community development involves organizing people and groups is due to the fact that community development plays an essential part in organizing people and groups for social or political action to improve various facets of life as a result of the valuable skills that they would gain.
This is a reference to the educational process that is designed specifically for adults to undergo so that they may increase their education and their level of expertise in a certain field.
