The conjunctiva of eye is a thin mucous membrane membrane. It lines inside the eyelids and cover the white part of eye (sclera). It is made up of non- keratinized. It helps in the protection and lubrication of eye. It secrets mucus and tears.

Lacrimal apparatus mainly consist of lacrimal glands that helps in the secretion of tears and the lacrimal sac and convey the tears into nasal cavity. Its main function is of secreting the aqueous portion of tears.

The extrinsic eye muscle are attached outside to the eyeball and its main function is it do not allow the eye to move in all direction.

Lacrimal glands is located within the orbit above lateral end of eye and it continually releases fluid and protect the eye.
