Vascular Chest Pain:

  • Sudden excruciating pain in the anterior chest;
  • Pain radiates to the intrascapular region of back or into abdomen

Musculoskeletal Chest Pain:

  • Sudden onset of intense pain
  • Constant pain reproduced by palpation or with the movement of chest wall or arms.
