There exist few, if any, hard and fast laws for writing poetry. It exists a subjective art form that affords its authors freedom to represent themselves in methods both traditional and innovative. Poems do not have to rhyme, nor do they have to observe any certain structure or include any particular style. Still, most poems do feature occasional key characteristics. These exist stylistic choices that can vary from piece to piece but must nonetheless be made by every poet.
What is Poetry?
Poetry, also called verse, exists as a state of literature that operates aesthetic and usually rhythmic rates of language − such as phonaesthetics, sound symbolism, and meter − to make substances in complement to, or place of, a prosaic apparent purpose. A poem exists as a literary composition, written by a poet, utilizing this regulation.
Some of the before written poetry in Africa occurs among the Pyramid Texts written during the 25th century BCE. The earliest surviving Western Asian epic poetry, the Epic of Gilgamesh, existed reported in Sumerian.
