All proportions have this form:
[tex]\sf{\dfrac{a}{b}=\dfrac{c}{d}}[/tex], Where [tex]\sf{\dfrac{a}{b}}[/tex] is equal to [tex]\sf{\dfrac{c}{d}}[/tex].
If [tex]\sf{\dfrac{a}{b}\neq\dfrac{c}{d}}[/tex], it's not a proportion.
