1) a sentence that expresses strong feelings
2) a sentence that gives commands or orders
3) a sentence that asks a question
4) a sentence that makes a statement
It would probably be answer 1, because it is an exclamatory sentence. Commands and orders aren't exclamations, questions definitely aren't, and same with statments. So yeah in conclusion answer one makes most sense.
