Is this true. C. A vaccine gives you active immunity against a disease without you having to get the disease

A vaccine helps prevent the disease. It could prevent but if you already have the disease it does NOT help at all!

a vaccine is basically a small amount of a virus that is either dead or weakened. Due to the fact that the virus is in an incredibly weak condition or just dead, your immune system is able to analyze the virus and kill it without you getting sick. so i guess the answer is true.
