So all we have to do to calculate for every cup of vinegar is 2/3
2/3= 0.66 of one cup (66% filled)
For 3 cups of vinegar, she needs = 2 cup baking soda
So, for 1 it would be: 2/3 = 0.67 cup

In short, Your Answer would be 2/3 or 0.67 cups
