If there is ONE character you ABSOLUTELY HATE in Encanto, who is it?
Mine is Abuela, her literally shunning Mirabel near the end before the house breaks is so sad, especially seeing Mirabel look so shocked and so scared that Abuela is screamig at her so much at once, she couldn't widthstand the pressure

EXACTLY, she was literally so rude the entire movie. Mirabel (and everyone really) look to Abuela for so much validation and they just want to be accepted by her. People literally give Abuela a free pass and yes they made up at the end but like can you imagine the type of trauma and issues she has after all of that? Like literally since she wasn’t given a gift Abuela always made it seem like something was wrong with her and she was a mistake.
