If a classmate's pronoun is "they", when I use their name to describe them, should I use singular or plural? For example, Bill is nice or Bill are nice?
people use are pronouns to justify about someone who they dont know. ex : they are not a smart person. when referring to a person you will be using the name you should do “bill is nice” treat them like a normal person but when using the pronouns make sure to use are! hope this helps
