Hardships of Middle School
Middle school, “A middle school is an educational stage which exists in some countries, providing education between primary school and secondary school”. Middle school is full of excitement, and a lot of work. You move into harder work. Algebra, Essays, Biology, ELA, American and history, but middle school students also struggle in middle school.
Algebra is a big step. You learn linear equations, Work with geometry, shapes. And learn to use new symbols and signs. So of these consist of circumference, pi. You learn to find volume, surface area, and more. Some things you will learn won’t be easy. You learn to use graphs, and points on a line. Biology, the science of life. In Biology you learn the basics of life, cells. And how the body works. You get to learn about organisms, and the difference between different species. The animal kingdom for example is one subject that students learn in middle school. History is taught to these students to help prevent the past from happening again. And ELA helps students learn to read, write, and understand their language, this is used in their everyday lives as an adult, thus it’s a good thing to know. But some students aren’t as fast as the classes require to keep moving, they need more help, and demonstrations to help them understand the subject that they are learning. And they aren’t used to it instantly, some students fail due to this, but they get through it, they just need to take notes, and talk to others and the teacher to get through. Other students don’t have the time management to do this as well, so they are slower, and take more time.
Middle school students struggle mentally, and physically. These students deal with bullying, depression, keeping up with classes, and more. In middle school not everyone is happy and nice, there are others who struggle, and they like to bring it down on others to make themselves feel better, these people are bully’s. The best thing to do is to ignore, or to get assistance from parents, teachers, and maybe other students. Some students deal with depression, this is due to family problems, these can range to divorce, abuse, rap (this is more common than depicted in news articles, and by the people who enjore it themselves), ignorance from parents, and more. These people have a harder time in school than other kids. The best way to help them is to be friendly, try and get along with them and be understanding, that is all they need, and sometimes they don’t get that, instead they are rejected by others leading them to get worse. And finally struggle to keep up with classes. These students either don’t understand, or are slow workers, these people commonly are late, or don’t complete these, this is also due to work at home, everyone has their own life, and things to do outside of school. If your one of these people you can ask your parents for a break, or make a work time of your own to work without distractions. Or talk to the teachers or other students to work through it with you so that you can understand it better.
In conclusion, those are what the middle school student has to deal with as they work through school.
Have a good day.
