Give an example mentioned in this unit where the director Peter Jackson changed the nature of a conflict in the story

Respuesta :

Answer:

While LOTR would be a difficult book to turn into a movie, considering how long and detailed it is, and I respect Peter Jackson’s attempt, there was certainly things he could have improved on. The major changes he made were:

Cutting out Tom Bombadil

Cutting Barrow-Wights and Barrow-Down

Replacing Glorfindel with Arwen

Changing the attitudes of the characters

Shrinking the scale of the war of the Ring

Small changes to various events and details

While I support the decision to remove Tom Bombadil and introduce Arwen better, there are certainly many bad changes PJ made. Here are the top 5 that very much annoyed me.
