Should African art in non-African museums be returned to its country of origin? Why or why not? What would be the challenges of doing this?

Explanation: I feel it should stay where it is because it gives other cultures an opportunity to learn and see first hand other origins. The challenges either way is based upon people's opinions. Some may feel the way I do, some may feel it should be not right to take it away from its homeland.
