Personally, I have ADHD too and understand the struggles.
Also reminder, remember to take your medicine . It’s obvious but I forget to all the time and it’s a bad day when I do. If you don’t take medicine, I recommend trying to get it. It makes like so much easier.
Now, for actual methods, personally, i try to give myself an award at the end of working. Btw I also recommend taking short 5 minute breaks here and there. I honestly can’t stand just sitting down doing homework for hours straight.
Also if you can multitask try to do something you enjoy while doing homework (without audio) You can listen to music or listen to videos. If you watch videos for homework, you can play a simple game while watching them. I like to play Solitaire when watching my school videos. Solitaire is a good game because it’s fun but simple enough where I can still listen to the videos while playing the game.
Now for which class to go for first, I recommend doing whichever is hardest first. The way I do homework is hardest to easiest. Although, if you feel yourself slipping away, go to a class that is easy or you enjoy.
