Maitha's  allowance is 140 AED

Let Maitha's total allowance be x AED

Money spent on supplies = x/2 AED

Money spent of cream  7  AED

Balance left after spending = 63  AED

We have;

x - ( x/2 + 7) = 63

x - ( x + 14)/2= 63

Multiplying through by 2 to clear the fraction;

2x - x + 14 = 126

x - 14 = 126

x = 126 + 14

x = 140

Check;

140 - 140/2 + 7 = 63

Hence Maitha's  allowance = 140 AED
