Cheryl, Jane, and Marco were discussing processes
that change the
surface of Earth. They did not agree on the process of erosion. This is

Cheryl: I think erosion is when Earth materials are laid down or settle
somewhere.

Jane: I think erosion is when Earth materials move from one area to
another


Marco: I think erosion is when Earth materials break down, such as when
a big rock breaks into smaller rocks.
