Hello. I need help proving to my wonderful cheating Ex that I am not his and don't belong to him... He has been judging me about my body.. and it's bad enough with my family doing stuff like that. I honestly just a little more tips that way I'm able to make it stop...

well you could try and tell him that you are not his again and move on with your life but if that does not work then have a major glow up and make it clear to him that you dont need him that he needs you and cut off anyone who doesnt deserve to be in your life
