Which renaissance character would I most like to capture my likeness in a portrait? I would say Leonardo Da Vinci. Mainly my reason being one of his more popular portrait being the Mona Lisa and he didn't make her do awkward poses or make her smile for no reason, yet the picture is still viewed as beautiful. The Criteria i chose was him being so raw and not faking or adjusting his art but using what he has to make something beautiful gorgeous . I would say that is what makes his work so appealing. Even some of his other work like the last supper. He didn't add extra thigs to the picture he just used what he had. He uses realistic type art styles and its not very often famous art peace's use that style.
